I have been in sales for approximately 20 years and involved in Real Estate for 8 years. Prior to starting Marty’s Real Estate I worked with two other Real Estate companies.

I both created and managed the REO section with the last Real Estate company. I have managed every facet of REO properties including re-keying, cash for keys, property preservation and more. I have a complete understanding of foreclosures and property takeovers including many sales of “AS IS” properties.

I am very motivated and take pride in the on time performance of my office staff in completing BPO’s and the various monthly status reports.

I currently have seven agents including two personal assistants who are licensed Realtors. Collectively over 340 BPO’s were completed by this office in the past year in addition to many REO property sales.
